I offer group and one to one coaching whatever your running experience. Even if you cannot run for 60 seconds, I can help you get started. If you are already running but would like to achieve more, having a coach can really help accelerate your progress.

I have a passion for ultra distance mountain and trail running but you’ll find me racing anything from a 5k parkrun through to the 268 mile Pennine Way, and beyond. Even more often you can find me out jogging with my springer spaniel.
