Do you already run a bit? Perhaps you’ve run a Race for Life or a Parkrun. You can manage 5k and would like to run more? Or maybe you’ve lost some motivation. Our MOMENTUM Runners group follows on from our 8-week beginners course and is ideal if you’ve only been running yourself for two or three months, or if you’re a returning runner. If you’d like to run in a friendly, supportive environment, this group is for you!
